Malzemeler:
1 kg kabak (dolmalık orta boy)
1 su bardağı pirinç
300 gr kıyma
Tuz, karabiber, nane, 4 diş sarımsak
3 yemek kaşığı margarin

Yeterli miktarda tuzlu yoğurt

Yapılışı:

Kabaklar dış yüzü sıyrılmadan oyulup yıkanır. Pirinç yıkanır. Et, karabiber, margarin ilave edilerek karıştırılır. Kabaklar doldurulup tencereye dizilir. Yüzünü örtecek kadar su doldurulup tencereye dizilir. Yüzünü örtecek kadar su konur, nane, dövülmüş sarımsak ilave edilir. Dolma pişmeden 5 dakika önce ayrı bir kapta eritilmiş tuzlu yoğurt katılır. Bir taşım kaynatılıp indirilir.
Not: Servis bol sulu yapılır. Tuzlu yoğurt isteğe göre az veya çok konabilir.
